Description
Only five Lamborghini Countach 5000 S Quattrovalvoles in Haiti Blue were ever released onto the market. The 5000 S was produced between 1985 and 1988. All cars of the Countach series have a twelve-cylinder V-engine mounted lengthwise. In all, Lamborghini built around 2,000 production models of the Countach between 1974 and 1990.
Originally, there were no plans for series production of the coupé; the concept car was designed as a “proof of performance”. However, the car was such a massive hit with fans that Ferruccio Lamborghini had the LP500 extensively tested and the decision was made to go into series production in 1972.
