Description

The LaFerrari Aperta was launched in 2013 as a limited edition for Ferrari's most passionate customers to mark the 70th anniversary of the company's founding. Only a few examples of the open-top version of the celebrated LaFerrari super sports car will be built, a total of 499 vehicles. It is the first production Ferrari to feature a hybrid drive, called HY-KERS at Ferrari. The direct predecessor of the LaFerrari is the Ferrari Enzo. With a total output of 963 hp, the LaFerrari was considered the most powerful two-seater of the brand at the time.

The design of the LaFerrari Aperta retains the essential characteristics of the coupe. The futuristic and absolutely extreme vehicle seamlessly combines form and function. The door rotation system makes the difference: when the doors are fully open, they are at a different angle to the coupe version.

Note: The white design line on the outside of the body was foiled, it has since been removed.

In the clip for the model's launch, Sebastian Vettel uses it to drive from the road to the race track.
