Description
The Ferrari F40 is one of the most significant vehicles in automotive history. It was unveiled in 1987 to mark Ferrari's 40th anniversary and is considered the last model personally approved by Enzo Ferrari before his death in 1988. When it was launched, the F40 was the fastest, most powerful and most expensive production car in the world.
To this day, it remains symbolic of Ferrari's uncompromising motorsport DNA of the late 1980s.
The F40 deliberately dispenses with driving aids such as ABS, traction control and power steering. The driving experience is raw, direct and unfiltered – a purely analogue vehicle.
The interior is functional, almost spartan – with visible carbon fibre, red carpet and iconic bucket seats.
The F40 is considered one of the most photographed and sought-after supercars of all time.
