Description
The Bugatti Chiron Sport was unveiled at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show. With an output of 1,500 horsepower, the focus here is on optimum racetrack performance. A new handling pack, less weight and carbon windscreen wipers turn this vehicle into a track car.
The rear axle locking differential has also been fine-tuned. The dynamic torque vectoring function is worth its weight in gold when sweeping round the Nordschleife at the speed of a mid-range rocket.
The Chiron has lost 18 kilos of weight thanks to lighter wheels, a stabiliser bar and a carbon intercooler cover as well as lightweight glass for the rear window. These changes made the Chiron Sport five seconds faster than the Chiron on the Nardo handling circuit. Bugatti launched the model at the end of 2018. We now have one for sale at Amian Collection Cars in Cologne, Germany. Viewing by appointment.
