Description
The model designation 16.4 of the Veyron refers to its W-engine with 16 cylinders, the double V-engine with two banks of VR8 cylinders is equipped with four turbochargers. With the Veyron 16.4 Super Sport, Bugatti continued the brand's tradition of developing super-sport variants of a successful model. The Veyron 16.4 Super Sport pushed boundaries once again with 1,200 hp, a maximum torque of 1,500 Nm, zero to one hundred km/h acceleration in 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 415 km/h. In 2010, the Veyron 16.4 Super Sport astonished experts and fans worldwide with these performance figures. In the year of its launch, it set a new world speed record for road cars.
LIMITED EDITION
In Dorlisheim near Molsheim in Alsace, only 300 cars were produced until the summer of 2011.
