Description

The entire production run of 200, priced at around US$1 million per saloon, was planned for the Arabian market. The 12-cylinder naturally aspirated engine was built by Ford in Cologne and delivered to the Gaydon plant in England for assembly. The 560hp engine delivers power and torque to accelerate the lightweight body of this super sports car to 314 km/h (195 mph).

LIMITED EDITION

The Aston Martin Lagonda saloon was produced by the British-based marque in three different series between autumn 1974 and summer 1989: as the Lagonda 2.6 Litre (1948-1953), the Lagonda 3 Litre (1953-1958) and the Lagonda Rapide (1961-1964). A total of 660 cars were built. Its height of 1,300 mm made the Lagonda the lowest-slung four-door car of its time. The unusual exterior was complemented by elaborate electronics in the interior. Aston Martin breathed new life into the Lagonda brand in 2015 with the Taraf.
